WOW, WE DID IT AGAIN!
WE’RE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE’VE REACHED OUR GOAL OF 1,000 CANS OF CHUNKY SOUP FOR OUR 2013 CHRISTMAS SOUP DRIVE ! WE COULDN’T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THE GENEROUS SUPPORT OF OUR CLIENTS, SUPPLIERS AND, OF COURSE, OUR FABULOUS DUPUIS LANGEN TEAM WHO GAVE UP THEIR CHRISTMAS LUNCH AND A SANTA GIFT TO BUY SOUP! SPECIAL THANKS GOES OUT TO AMS INDUSTRIES, KEENTECH SOLUTIONS, AND OUR EMPLOYER, THE DUPUIS LANGEN GROUP, FOR THEIR VERRY GENEROUS CONTRIBUTIONS.
BECAUSE OF YOU, MORE THAN 300 FAMILIES WILL HAVE A HAPPIER CHRISTMAS.

October 9, 2013 – Once again, our team at Dupuis Langen is having a “soup drive” to collect cans of chunky soup from now until December 4th, 2013. Our goal this year is to collect 1,000 cans of soup for Christmas care packages which will be distributed to residents of the downtown eastside. Last year, through the generosity of friends and associates, our soup drive was so successful that we helped make Christmas merry for over 300 people. Please join us again and donate a can or a case of chunky soup or make a cash donation which will buy soup for the Christmas care packages. We need your support to reach our goal and bring Christmas cheer to people who need our help.
December 4, 2012 – WE DID IT! With the help of our generous friends, neighbours, clients and suppliers, the fantastic team at Dupuis Langen met and surpassed our revised goal of 1,000 cans of chunky soup for Christmas packages for residents of the downtown eastside. We finished our Soup Drive at 1,019 cans of soup AND we collected some blankets, toothpaste, body wash, soap, tootbrushes, cookies and other foods.
It’s the best feeling to be able to help when called on, so thank you to everyone who helped make our Soup Drive such a success! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!
November 24, 2012 – Special Thanks to the Kitsilano Reunion Group for their $300 cash donation to our Soup Drive. Together we truly can make a difference!
November 23, 2012 – Through the generous help of a few good friends, we were able to meet our initial goal of 500 cans of soup. And because we have commitments for another 150 cans, we have set our sights even higher at 1,000! Thank you to everyone who has helped to make our soup drive a success and a very special thank-you to Sun Life, Keentech Solutions, Manulife and AMS Industries.
We are accepting soup or cash donations to buy soup until noon on Tuesday, December 4th so drop off your donation soon.
November 7, 2012 – Thanks to Protec Installation we’ve hit our goal of 500 cans of soup! 501 to be exact! We’re still going to be collecting so if you want to help and donate some Chunky soup please stop by the office!
November 2nd 2012 – Thanks to the generosity of the Dupuis Langen team we have now collected 448 cans of soup!

November 1st 2012 – Thanks to the contributions of Empire Life, Sun Life, Manulife, and Keentech Solutions we have recently successfully collected over half of our goal, 258 cans of soup, as of today!
The Dupuis Langen Soup Drive!
Every year, we are asked to support Christmas fundraisers and we are always happy to do our part. This year, we were asked to help collect some basic items for residents of the Downtown Eastside. Our company, Dupuis Langen, will sponsor 10 complete care packages which will go to people who might otherwise receive nothing for Christmas.
Our team wanted to participate on a personal level as well so the employees of Dupuis Langen are having a SOUP DRIVE from now until the first week of December. Our goal is to collect 500 cans of chunky soup to be distributed in the Christmas care packages. Chunky soup can be prepared with little equipment or expertise and will provide a hearty meal. We know our goal of 500 cans of soup is ambitious but we believe we can do it with the help of our friends and suppliers. We are asking for your help in the form of a donation of soup, or dollars to buy soup. You may even want to do a mini soup drive of your own to support our goal. It’s fun and it gets everyone involved in a good cause.
A case of 8 Primo Hearty Soup at Costco is less than $10 and a case of 8 Campbell’s Chunky Soup is about $16 so you can make a difference without breaking the bank. Please drop off your donation at our office and make Christmas a little merrier for those in need.
