As a benefits coordinator, Priya started her journey with Dupuis Langen Group in April 2022. She has 6 years of experience in human resources, administration, and client services across the manufacturing & service industry.
Being from HR and having some experience working in the insurance domain, she is not naive to the benefits segment and understands the implication of benefits towards total compensation and how it impacts organization costs.
While working in HR functions she has been at crossroads in managing organization goals and employee expectations which led her to work towards CPHR designation and currently holds CPHR candidate status. She holds an MBA degree in HR from India and is also pursuing a certificate course in Human Resources from BCIT, Vancouver.
