Bill joined The Dupuis Langen Group in December 2021 as a Consultant when the Dupuis Langen Group purchased his company W.D.Cole Insurance Services Ltd.

Bill was the President, CEO and founder of W.D. Cole Insurance Services Ltd in 1990. With over 37 years experience in Group Insurance, and the last 30 years specializing in the Floorcovering industry, he has achieved a reputation as an incisive and tenacious agent.

Bill joined the Sun Life of Canada in Calgary as a Career agent after graduating from the University of Manitoba in 1970. In 1974, Bill was transfered to Vancouver with Sun Life as a Training Assistant. He spent 10 years as an independent agent marketing individual products.

In 1986, Bill decided to get 100% into the Group Insurance Business. His specialty in the group insurance business is multi-employer groups and associations, particularly on a national basis.
