Karla is the Manager of our Concierge Service Department. She has been working with the Dupuis Langen Team for over 6 years. She enjoys helping executives and their employees with their benefits needs. She provides them with a White Glove Concierge Service. Karla understands every client is unique and treatments may vary. Her job is to help make the employee benefit plan usage experience easier for our business owners and executives, by assisting them with onboarding services ranging from installing all apps on their devices, learning how to submit benefit claims and training their assistants, partners and spouses on how to use the claiming system and even through the process of helping them deal with the loss of a significant family member. She delivers the very best of the “white glove” treatment for our clients.
