The Dupuis Langen Group is a long-established Richmond, B.C. Group Benefits Consulting firm and we are growing! We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care/Marketing Assistant to join our team.
The position is a part-time role and includes providing defined administrative and marketing support to a team of benefit consultants as well as delivering exceptional client service support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Competencies:
Post-secondary education with an administrative background is preferred; a combination of education and work related experience will be considered
Strong proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Focused and detail oriented
Exceptional organizational and follow up skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to a high level of professionalism and ability to delivery exceptional customer service
A “can-do” attitude with a willingness to pitch in where needed
Experience with social media following (ie. Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter etc)
Group insurance industry experience preferred
